Outgrowing my dumbells! (i can get approx 55lbs of plates on each one… I suppose i could invest heavier plates it in worried about accidentally hurting joints/lesser muscles if I put any more weight on them for bench press) I guess I need to go to a real gym now :( definitely waiting till after surgery though!
